These terms govern bookings and services provided by AERIS Paragliding. It is a template document — have your own legal counsel adapt it to your operation and jurisdiction before going live.

1. Bookings

A booking request is confirmed when we verify availability and contact you within 24 hours. No payment is taken at the time of request. Prices shown include the listed inclusions; taxes are shown separately at checkout.

2. Weather policy

Paragliding is weather-dependent. The duty pilot alone decides whether conditions are safe. If we cancel for weather, you choose a free reschedule or a full refund. A decision to wait is never negotiable on the day.

3. Cancellations & refunds

  • More than 48 hours before your slot: full refund or free reschedule.
  • Within 48 hours: 50% refund, or one free reschedule.
  • No-show without notice: no refund.
  • Weather cancellation by us: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

4. Participation requirements

Tandem passengers must be able to run a few steps at launch and typically weigh between 30 kg and 110 kg. Course students must be 16 or older (younger with guardian consent and a private instructor). You must declare relevant medical conditions when booking; flying under the influence of alcohol or drugs is refused without refund.

5. Equipment rental

Rental requires proof of rating (APPI, BHPA or equivalent) and a skills check with our duty pilot. Equipment is inspected before every issue; you are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear unless you take the optional damage waiver.

6. Liability

Paragliding carries inherent risk. We hold comprehensive passenger liability insurance and operate within certified-equipment and licensed-pilot requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and photography are the property of AERIS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bonneville, France, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
